ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ದಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿರುವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್.
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿದಾನವೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್, ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಬರಹ ವಾಸು.
 
 
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿಗೆ ಎಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಕಗಪ ಬರಹ ಫಾಂಟ್ಸ್ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನುಡಿ ಫಾಂಟ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೆಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ಆದಾರ ಇದೆ.
 
 
ನುಡಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಿರುವ ಅಕ್ಷರ (ಫಾಂಟ್) ವನ್ನು ಆಕೃತಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಿಂದ ಕದ್ದದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಯಾರೋ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವು ಅಷ್ಟು ತಲೆಕೆಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಈ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಸ್ವತಃ ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದವರು.  ಒಬ್ಬರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಡಾ. ಯು. ಬಿ. ಪವನಜ ಹಾಗು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ  ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ. ಇವರುಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ಬರೆದ ಮೇಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಸ್ವತಃ ಆಕೃತಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಮಾಲಿಕರಾದ ಆನಂದ್ ಸಹ ಶೇಶಾದ್ರಿ ವಾಸುರವರ ಬರಹದ ಮೊದಲ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೃತಿ ಫಾಂಟ್ ಕದ್ದು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ನಂತರ ಬರಹ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನವರು ಫಾಂಟ್ ಕದ್ದು ನುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ.
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೊಡಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ಟು ಆಗಿರೋದು ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿವಾಸು ಇಂದ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ, ವಾಸು ಆಕೃತಿ ಫಾಂಟ್ಸ್ ೧೯೯೭ ನಲ್ಲಿ  ಕದ್ದು  ಬರಹ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ವಾಸುನೆ ಜುಲೈ ೨೦೦೪ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಈಮೇಲ್ ಬರೆದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಬರಹ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಅಂಥ ವಾಸುನೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ವಾಸು ಕದ್ದು ಬರಹ ೧.೦ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಬರಹ ೨.೦ , ೩.೦, ೪.೦, ೫.೦, ೬.೦, ೭.೦, ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ. ವಾಸು ಏನು ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನೋ ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದಂಗೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿವಾಸು ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದ ಬರಹ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಲಿತ ಎಂಭ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಅಮೇಲೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನುಡಿ ಅಂಥ ಹೆಸರುಕೊಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ದುಡ್ಡು ಪಡೆದು ಮಾರಿದೆ.
ವಾಸು ಬರಹ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ ಗೆ ಬರಹ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಕೊಡದೆ ಇದಿದ್ದರೆ , ಕಲಿತ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು  ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
 
 
ನುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬರಹ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ೨೪ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ತಯಾರಿಕರು ಇದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಎಸ್ಟು ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅಂಥ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು?
ನುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬರಹ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು, ಒಬ್ಬ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ತಯಾರಿಕರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ , ಅವರ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ವಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ೧೯೯೭ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಲೇ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿದಾನವೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಒಂದು ಹವ್ಯಾಸಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಅಂಥ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಯವರೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್, ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಬರಹ ವಾಸು.
 
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಮಾಡಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ೩೫ ಲಕ್ಷ  ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ದುಡ್ಡು ಯಾರು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದೆ ಅಂಥ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾಕೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಟ್ಟು ಏನು ? ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನವರಿಗೆ ಈ ದುಡ್ಡು ಎನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಅಂಥ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಯಾಕೆ ಏನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ?
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರ ದಿಂದ ದುಡ್ಡು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಯಾಕೆ ನಾವು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಉಚಿತ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅಂಥ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಓಡಾಡಬೇಕು?
 
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿ ಗೆ ಹೇಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ನಾವೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅಂಥ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ತಿರುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು ಅಂಥ ನು ಗೊತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಮಣ್ಣು ಎರಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದುಡ್ಡು ಕೊಟ್ಟು  ಹೊಸ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಂಥ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು. ಈಗ ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಕದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನುಡಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದವರು ದೂರ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ನುಡಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬೇರೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ತಯಾರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
 
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಆಡಳಿತ ಭಾಷೆ ಆಗಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಆಗಲೇಬೇಕು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ.
ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ದಾಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಳವಡಿ ಸದೇಹೊದರೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಆಡಳಿತ ಭಾಷೆ ಆಗುವುದು ಕಸ್ಟ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಆಗಿರುವ ತಪ್ಪನೆಲ್ಲ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಕನ್ನಡ ವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದರೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ, ತಾಲೂಕು , ಹೋಬಳಿ, ಹಳ್ಳಿ  ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. 
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ತಾಲೂಕು, ಹೋಬಳಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗಳ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಸ್ಟ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದನೆಲ್ಲ ನಾವು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಬೆಂಗಳುರಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಬಂದ್ಗ ಎಸ್ಟು ಕಸ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂಥ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ದಾರಿ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕು.
 
 
 
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಆಡಳಿತ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.  ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಇದೆ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಕೆಲಸ.
 
ಈ ಆಡಳಿತ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆ, ಅಂದರೆ, ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧ ಇಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಯವರಿಗೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ , ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಸರಿ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
 
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು, ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಸೇರಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒಂದು ದಾರಿ ನೋಡಬೇಕು.
ಚಾರಿತ್ರಿಕ ತಿರುವಿನಲ್ಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ.
ಆದುನಿಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ತಪ್ಪು ಧೋರಣೆಗಳು.
ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
 
 
 
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ?

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ, “ನುಡಿ” ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶವನ್ನೇ ಬಳಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂಭ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನ ವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಆಗಿರುವ ತಪ್ಪನೆಲ್ಲ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿಗೆ ಎಳೆದಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
“ನುಡಿ” ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು “ನುಡಿ” ಸೋರ್ಸ್ ಕೋಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದರೆ, ಎಲ್ಲರು ಸೇರಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಣಕ ಪರಿಷತ್ “ನುಡಿ” ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರಿದ್ದರು ಯಾಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ? ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರ ಯಾಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಇದನ್ನು?
 
 
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಲ್ಲ ಸಾಹಿತಿಗಳು, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಭಾಷಾ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಸಂಪಾದಕರು, ಮುದ್ರಕರು, ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ತಯಾರಕರು, ವ್ಯಾಕರಣ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞರು, ಪ್ರಕಾಶಕರು, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಣಿತರು, ಪತ್ರಿಕೋಧ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ಉಚ್ಛಾರಣಾ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಕನ್ನಡ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು, ಸರಕಾರದ ಅದಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ವಿಮರ್ಶಕರು, ನಿಘಂಟು ತಜ್ಞರು, ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದಿಮೆದಾರರು, ಇರಬೇಕು.
 
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳು

ಎಸ್ಟೇ ಕನ್ನಡ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್ ಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೂ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಆಡಳಿತ ಭಾಷೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ.ಕಂ ಏನೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೂ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಆಡಳಿತ ಭಾಷೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
 
 
ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ ಉಳಿಯಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಳಿಕೆ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ವನ್ನು ಸರಿ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಬಳಕೆಯು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಸೇರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸ ಕನ್ನಡ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಸರಿ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸ.

ಉಡುಪಿ, ಆ. 03 : ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತೊಡಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಮಾತಾನಾಡುವುದನ್ನೇ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಬರೀ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಂತಹ ದಿನಗಳು ದೂರವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಖ್ಯಾತ ಭಾಷಾತಜ್ಞ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ ವಿಷಾದಿಸಿದರು.
 
 
ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮೆಮೋರಿಯಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ 60ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಲಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸನ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುಜಿಸಿ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅವರು, ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಗಂಡಾಂತರ ಎದುರಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಇಂದು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯಷ್ಟೆ ಅಲ್ಲ ಯಾವ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕೆಂದರೂ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರಿನ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಬರೆಯುವ ಪರಿಪಾಠ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ ಮುಂದೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿಯುವ ಸಮಯಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವೇ ಇಂದಿನ ಎಸ್ಎಂಎಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸುದ್ದಿ ರವಾನಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಖೇದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
 
ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 6 ಸಾವಿರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ 100 ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಿಪಿ ಇದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಲಿಪಿಯನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಹತ್ತು ಲಿಪಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ಆ ಹತ್ತು ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಅಥವಾ ಐದನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು ವಿದೇಶಿ ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ವಹಿಸಿರುವುದು ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಸಂಗತಿ ಎಂದು ನಾರಾಯಣ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಷ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮಹತ್ವವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅನಾದಿ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ಶಾಸನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಕೇವಲ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು, ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ಶಾಸನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
 
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಚ್ಯವಸ್ತು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಉಷಾ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 300 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಳೆಯದಾದ 20 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಶಾಸನ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸನ ಬರಹಗಳು ಸಂಶೋಧಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರ ಉಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸದಂತೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು 100 ತಜ್ಞರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಯಾಸೆಟ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರತರಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಷಾ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Gaalipata flies high! A neat family entertainer.

THIS is a masterpiece by director Yogaraj Bhat after the success of his earlier film Mungaru Male . This romantic story is more serious. The script has been brilliantly handled and the narration is excellent. But the heart of the story is Bhat’s dialogues which send out a message.  Don’t be surprised if tears flow from your eyes after watching the brilliant climax in this film about three boys falling in love with three girls with two getting engaged to their lovers while the other struggles to get the girl.

Though the story is simple, there is always the ‘Yogaraj Bhat touch’ with fresh ideas and innovations.

Three friends Ganesh (Ganesh), Diganth (Diganth) and Rajesh Krishna (Kitty) come to Mugilupete. Ganesh falls in love with Sowmya (Daisy Bopanna), a widow, staying with her in-laws Kodandaram (Anant Nag) and Padma (Padmaja Rao) while Diganth and Kitty fall for Kodandaram’s daughters Radha (Nita) and Pavani (Bhavana Rao) respectively.

While Diganth-Nita and Kitty-Pavani get the green signal for marriage, Sowmya is hesitant to accept Ganesh as her life partner. The director shows how Ganesh wins her heart, in a unique way.

The ‘talkative’ Ganesh is simply superb with his body language, dialogue delivery and expressions. Rajesh Krishna, Diganth, Nita, Bhavana Rao perform extremely well.

Anant Nag is at his best.

But it is Rathnavelu who walks away with all honours for his brilliant handling of the camera.

Finally, Yogaraj Bhat’s much awaited Gaalipata (Kite) has started ‘flying in the sky’. Those keen on watching this kite gear up for this weekend. The awesome locations, beautiful camera work, good screen play and superb performance by the lead actors make it to the list of good films. The director has once again shown that even a simple story can be presented well, provided that the movie excels in the above departments.

Kudos to Ganesh who overshines everybody in the film. His onscreen presence, dialogue delivery make it clear that he is a ‘natural’ actor. As a result, it becomes easy to identify yourself with the character without your knowledge.

The plot revolves around three friends Ganesh ( Ganesh) Diganth (Diganth) and Kitty ( Rajesh) who decide to move away from the city with the hope of changing the ‘track of their life’. The dialogues and scenes seem close to reality. And you wouldn’t be surprised if Gaalipata reminds you of Mungaaru Male, thought with a slight difference.

It is Ratnavelu, the cameraman, who emerges as the real hero of the movie by capturing the beauty of Kodachadri and Kodagu and other awesome locations.

This film is a visual treat to audience. The director has shown his imagination power by using kite as a device to express Ganesh’s feelings to his beloved. Cute Diganth has shown maturity in acting but, there is still scope for improvement. Rajesh is a perfect match for the role Kitty. Daisy Bopanna who plays the role of Sowmya, a widow, has done well. Raadha (Neetu) Paavani (Bhavana Rao) have done justice to their roles. Anant Nag is at his best in the role ‘Kodandaram’, a physically challenged person. Rangayana Raghu’s presence on the screen it self brings laughter, he needn’t utter a single word.

Music director, Hari krishna has scored a few good tracks – title song and Minchaagi neenu baralu, but the duet song of Diganth is a forgettable one.

Yograj Bhat delivers again – Gaalipata flies high!

Since the day of its launch Gaalipata has created headlines for many many reasons. Firstly it’s a first Kannada film to be shot in Super 35mm format. It is a big budget film with an ensemble starcast lead by the current box office favorite Golden Star Ganesh. Directed by one of the best Director in Kannada Films today Yograj Bhat, Gaalipata had created such a big hype that audiences are flocking to the theatres with very high expectations. Does the film meet the expectations? Is it a sixth hit film in a row for Ganesh? Here is the verdict.

As Yograj Bhat has told time and time again, GAALIPATA is not another MUNGAARU MALE. Gaalipata is much bigger.Its a joy ride of nonstop comedy with a bit of emotion and drama in between. It’s a spectacle of beautiful locations, songs and comedy. Three buddies decide to take a break from the boring city life and spend some time in MUGILU PETE. The scene where the three Gani, Diganth and Kitti meet the girls is brilliantly visualized and executed by the director.Although there is nothing new in the storyline, the presentation, the dialogues and vivid characterization keeps you laughing throughout the film.Yograj Bhat’s Mugilupete is so beautiful that you start to wonder whether it’s a foreign location.But once again Bhat proves that you need not go outside Karnataka to shoot a beautiful film. Gaalipata is a treat to watch, Kodachadri will be a famous place to visit after seeing this film.In Mungaaru it was a rabbit, this time it’s a wild pig.Bhat has blended animals a character to the story very wisely. The pig is a major talking point throughout the film. The scenes where Anant Nag, Ganesh and rest of them try to hunt the notorious animal have been shot and composited intelligently. The EFX team in Chennai deserves a credit for this. The climax of the film is predictable, but who cares? You come out of the theatre with a big smile. PAISA VASOOL!

All the actors have done a competent job. If there is one actor who is extraordinary, it has to be Ganesh.He is so casual and easy going throughout the film that you start to wonder what is so special about him? Why has he made it so big in just one year? Why do women think he is sexy? Ganesh is special because of his effervescence, his simple sense of style, his screen presence, his comic timing. No actor in the Kannada film industry today can match his performance in Gaalipata.This film too will be a hit! How big a hit only time will tell…… Diganth has improved his acting prowess by leaps and bounds.Or may be it’s the Yograj Bhat effect.Rajesh Krishnan for a change has acted instead of singing.Can you imagine a top class play back singer not singing in his own film? Daisy Bopanna is very subdued and quite through out the film, a contrasting role for someone who was a bike riding tom boy! Neetu is yet another talented actress who has been neglected by the Kannada film industry. She has proved her mettle especially in the scenes with Diganth.Bhavana Rao is a bundle of talent. She is bubbly, naughty and also very funny. She is a brilliant dancer; she deserves author backed roles to show her full potential.

Ananth Nag, Padmaja Rao and Sudha Belavadi are at their usual best. There are two more stars in the film we must not forget. There is Rangayana Raghu who graces the screen for 3 scenes and steals the show and there is Dayal Padmanabhan, the executive producer of the film, he is terrific throughout the film.

Technically Galipata is very rich.Yograj Bhat’s aesthetic sense, his choice of locations add to the beauty of the film.Ratnavelu has painted the screen with vibrant colours with his extra ordinary camera work .Shot in a Super 35 mm film camera, Gaalipata is comparable to any Hindi film in its visual quality. Digital Intermediate work further enhances the colour quality and sharpness of the film. All the song sequences have been picturised exceedingly well. Harikrishna’s music is a big hit. All the songs are hummable and are played by all the FM Radio stations over and over again.Jayant Kaikini has once again come up with some magical lines which you keep murmuring all the time. Suresh Urs one of India’s best editors has cut the film brilliantly. Yograj Bhat has done it again. His hard work has paid off.Bhat is one of the very few directors who has tasted failure and success in a very big way. He was magnanimous in his failure and is even now. Kudos to him for giving us Gaalipata.Sky is the limit for Yograj Bhat.He will make some bigger and better films in the future.

Galipata’s success will catapult Ganesh into super stardom.Looks like he will rules the hearts of Kannada people like he rules the box office.He deserves all the success,because he is a very rare talent.

Overall Galipata is a winner! A neat family entertainer. Go watch it now!

What happens when three modern youngsters go in search of mental peace in a remote village? Well, they come face to face with some eye opening facts, that’s what. That is the premise of Galipata, the Kannada flick directed by Yogaray Bhat and starring Ganesh, ace playback singer Rajesh Krishna, Diganth, Bhavana Rao, Daisy Boppanna and Neethu.

Bhat has unleashed his best writing and narrating talents in this delightfully original and slickly presented entertainer which is witty, pretty and emotional.

Galipata starts off with three city boys from different backgrounds looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. They undertake a trip to remote village where they encounter experiences alien to their upbringing. Most of the encounters include thrills, and spills which are humourously presented.

Credit goes to Bhat for not only taking a story that is offbeat but also for showing his fresh thinking in almost every sequence in the film. You will not find melodrama nor unnecessary commercial ingredients in the film.

What you will find, however, is enjoyable song picturisations, funny situations and also some touching some moments — all brilliantly presented by Bhat. The dialogues too are outstanding.

Yet, Galipata is not an immaculate film and could have done with tighter editing.

Performance-wise, all the actors have acted well. Ganesh’s superb dialogue delivery, comic timing and radiant screen presence is a real treat to watch. His one liners, in particular are hilarious.

Singer Rajesh Krishnan is in his element during the emotional sequences, though he could do with more acting assignments. As for Anant Nag, we get to see another commanding performance yet again. However, the film’s surprise element is certainly Diganth who rocks with a vibrant performance. Daisy, seen in a totally different role — sans her peppy looks — gives a commanding performance while newcomer Bhavana Rao delivers a spontaneous performance. Neetu is good with her mannerisms.

The film rocks in the technical department as well. Nature’s beauty is artistically captured by cameraman Randy aka Rathnavelu. Award winning technicians like editor Suresh Urs and art director Shashidhar Adapa have effectively performed their tasks too.

Musically, too Harikrishna’s music composition adds a lot of pep to the film. Minchaagi Neenu Baralu (lyrics by Jayanth Kaikini) rendered by Sonu Nigam [Images] and Thadeem Dheem Thana by Chithra deserve special mention for good composition and brilliant choreography.

In short, Galipata is a must see for those looking for a classy film.
