Let me tell u.. this Anantmurthy is a crook.. he told 

Bangalore shd be called Bengaluru as though he has 

discovered something.. he always moves with politicians and 

gets a site in dollar layout and writes some stories posing 

himself as revolutionary.. with all his influence he got 

Jnanapeetha himself.. 

why was bhairappa and gs shivarudrappa left out ?

in the TIMES NOW Channel with D.H Shankara Murthy,
Sanjay Khan, B.K Chandra shekhar and a historian Bipin
Chandra.

D.H Shankara Murthy: He reiteriorated that the context
which he made that statement was related to some some
SHIKSHA Bachavo session where he said, during TIPPU”s
regime the court languaged was changed to Persian from
Kannada, which is anti-kannada decision. Also in many

But rest 3 people mentioned many things which are

Sanjay Khan: 1)Tippu recovered so many valuable
jewellery belongs to Sringeri Sharadha Peetha. 2)Tippu
introduced the modern land reforms 3) Tippu introduced
Pollution regulatory/control laws – These statments
are Nowhere related to Tippu’s Kannada
Love/contribution.

B.K Chandrashekhar: 1) Tippu recruited plenty of
kannada people in his accounts and admin departments.
2) Its a statement of BJP after disturbing Gujarath,
U.P, Bihar…etc 3) Prof Chidananda Murthy, U.R
Anantha Murthy and many politicians sending their kids
to English Medium Schools. – Again these statement no
where supports Tippus Love/contribution to Kannada.

Bipin Chandra: Being the so called HISTORIAN, he
mentioned things like tippu’s contribution towards
Sringeri math and paralally nonsense things of MALABAR
Region. Also he spoke many other things which are
nowhere related to Karnataka or kannada.

Overall in that entire discussion except D.H Shankara
Murty, everyone else including the Newsroom narrator
talking every bulshit other than Tippu’s contribution
or justification on Kannada. Totally it was a waste
discussion.

Minister plunges Karnataka Govt. into another row

Bangalore, Sept. 21 (PTI): A remark made by a BJP Minister in Karnataka on Mysore warrior Tippu Sultan questioning his commitment to Kannada during his rule has landed the ruling BJP-JDS coalition in another controversy. The remarks by Minister for Higher Education and senior BJP leader D H Shankaramurthy, a staunch RSS follower, that Tippu Sultan, who ruled Mysore was against Kannada language and promoted Persian, has come under attack from a section of leaders including those from the Muslim community.

Shankaramurthy’s Cabinet colleague and Minister for Labour Iqbal Ansari of JDS has also flayed the minister’s remark. The controversy comes close on the heels of the bribery charge levelled by suspended BJP MLC Janardhana Reddy against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and closure of more than 1400 private schools for violating language policy by adopting English as the medium of instruction instead of Kannada for which they were given permission.

Shankaramurthy’s statements have been assuming political overtones, as they drew flak from Congress and Muslim outfits calling for his resignation, a demand the minister has flatly rejected.

Even some Kannada protagonist organisations have flayed the minister’s remarks, which Shankaramurthy has been stoutly defending saying “it was not against the muslim community, but only against Tippu Sultan.” The new controversy may figure in the coordination committee meeting of the BJP and JDS.

Govt. of Karnataka is promoting SINGLE STOLEN / IPR COPIED UDI KANNADA FONTS sold by KGP / KAGAPA By Srinatha Sasthry and Narasimha Murthy.

BARAHA and NUDI are not Kannada Software Developers.  DESTROYERS of KANNADA LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT.

BARAHA and NUDI are KILELRS of KANNADA SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT.

BARAHA and NUDI are using STOLEN PROPERTY to make NAME and FAME.

KSD issues — prevailing mistrust among Kannadigas

I had posted in my last post how our Kannada language is rich in culture and legacy. Here is the continued part of it.

Going through the documents at E-Kavi’s online archive (http://ellakavi.wordpress.com), we get to know that many enthusiast Kannadigas began to work on the implementation of Kannada on digital gadgets (computers, handhelds, etc).There were around 30 software research groups (companies) which worked on our Kannada language implementation on computers. Many had developed a rich set of fonts required for high quality printing. Others had brought out some of the very good softwares for DTP work and Development kits for application development for the handheld devices. In all there was a healthy competition among the many Kannada software developers which the government or some other organization could choose from for software services and implementation those willing to localize the computerization.

The entry of Baraha [by Sheshadri Vasu from USA] and Nudi softwares [Nudi by KAGAPA / KGP] have killed the business of all these firms. Now due to the mistrust created by these two entities, the doom of great misbelief looms large over the Kannada software development arena.

Somedays back one Kannada friend in this forum asked for a trial software, but it was not given most probably for the feat that more fonts may be stolen.

These two entities [BARAHA \nand KAGAPA / KGP / NUDI] have created such a mistrust that nobody is coming forward to write any useful software for Kannada, why should they, when all the standards are stupidly made and our mindless government itself has declared that Nudi is the sole package to be used in all Government offices. This is a mindless way of our own government killing the business of Kannada enthusiasts.

Unfortunately not many Kannadigas have tried to set the things right in this front, which has a direct implication on the survival of Kannada. May be all these known to many Kannadigas.
